How Privamarket handles information needed to operate the service.
Information we collect
We collect seller contact details, WhatsApp numbers, city, item descriptions, photos, asking prices, routing preferences, payment confirmation records, and operational notes needed to run the concierge marketplace.
How we use information
We use information to review listings, create bilingual copy, publish approved items, route buyer inquiries, confirm manual payments, prevent fraud, improve the service, and maintain audit records.
Phone number privacy
Seller phone numbers are not displayed publicly by default. When shielded routing is selected, buyers contact Privamarket first and only serious inquiries are forwarded to the seller.
Storage and media
Listing images and opportunity images may be stored in Supabase Storage. Verification media and sensitive internal review files are kept private and limited to authorized operators.
Analytics and retention
We may record listing views, WhatsApp clicks, language selection, and operational events. Expired or rejected listing media may be removed to control storage costs and reduce unnecessary retention.
