Rules that apply when using Privamarket.
Service model
Privamarket is a concierge-led curated marketplace. Sellers submit item details through WhatsApp, and Privamarket may review, edit, translate, schedule, publish, route, or reject listings based on quality, trust, category, and operational readiness.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate item information, lawful ownership, clear photos, correct city details, and a realistic asking price. Mobile phone listings and suspicious goods are not accepted.
Payments and publication
Listing fees are paid manually through supported local payment methods. A listing is published only after review and payment confirmation. Premium placement is subject to eligibility, bid priority, and concierge approval.
No sale guarantee
Privamarket does not guarantee that an item will sell, the final sale price, buyer attendance, or buyer payment. We provide curated visibility, presentation, and inquiry routing.
Buyer and seller conduct
Users must communicate respectfully, avoid fraud, avoid harassment, and provide truthful information. Privamarket may block, reject, remove, or report suspicious activity.
